Belmont Avenue used to extend north to 10th Avenue, but was cut off at 8th Avenue in a 2004 street rebuild. Today, the stretch of Belmont the house stood on is now called Medical Center Drive, and the house’s location is now green space in front of the Wexner Medical complex.
College Road
1. Biological Building: 1775 N. College Road: 1898-1924: Demolished to build Hagerty Hall.
Dennison Avenue
1. Henry Tingley House: 1329 Dennison Avenue: Around 1880-1968: Demolished to build the current apartment building.
Eleventh Avenue
1. Charles Nicholas House: 229 W. 11th Avenue: Around 1895-Around 1965: Unknown reasons for demolition. It appears the site was used as a parking lot until the parking garage was constructed in the 1970s.
Fifteenth Avenue
1. Alfred Lee House: 55 E. 15th Avenue: 1888-1951: Demolished to build a new location for the Beta Nu sorority. The house had been altered multiple times beforehand.

Fourteenth Avenue
1. Residential House: 42 E. 14th Avenue: Around 1905-2013: Demolished to expand a parking lot for the Beta Nu Association.
2. Irene Warnick House: 52 E. 14th Avenue: Around 1905-1966: Demolished for an apartment building. The apartment building was demolished in 2010. The site has been vacant since, but will see redevelopment soon.

2. John Rickly House: 1873 N. High Street: 1856-1949: This home was purchased by Ohio State in 1871 was used as the university president’s house for decades before becoming a music building in 1927. In 1949, it was demolished in preparation to build Mershon Auditorium, which was completed in 1957.
3. Chemical House #2: 2468 N. High Street: 1892-1957: Demolished to build the current apartment building.
Indianola Avenue
1. Eli Tappan House: 1892 Indianola Avenue: 1888-1966: Demolished to build the existing apartment building.
2. Homer Price House: 1986 Indianola Avenue: Around 1905-1971: Demolished to build the current apartment building.
King Avenue
1. William Weinman House: 380 King Avenue: Around 1905-1980: Demolished for unknown reasons, but a new building was on the site by 1985 with a new address of 382.
Lane Avenue
1. Charles Voorhes House: 19-21 W. Lane Avenue: 1890-1965: Demolished by Ohio State in a significant campus expansion. The site itself ended up as a parking lot for 60 years, until it was ultimately replaced with new student housing in 2015.
